How to take care of your furniture
Wood and veneer are sensitive to light and can be affected by prolonged exposure to intense sunlight. During the first 6 to 8 weeks, it is important to keep surfaces free of objects to avoid permanent marks and circles while the product absorbs the surrounding light and its tone equalizes with existing furniture. In addition, it is important to avoid direct exposure to intense sunlight and sources of excessive heat, such as radiators or incandescent lamps, as this can cause discoloration and damage to the wood fibers. Avoid using abrasive or harsh chemical products that may damage the finish.
MARBLEMarble is a porous material with an open surface that needs to be protected. It is important to immediately clean up any liquid spills to avoid stains. Before delivery, our marble products are coated with a layer of silicone wax to reduce the risk of liquid penetration. However, oily liquids can penetrate the surface of marble more quickly than water-based ones. In addition, marble is sensitive to heat and can crack when in contact with hot surfaces. Therefore, it is important to always use hot drink coasters to protect the marble surface.
OUTDOOR FURNITURETreat the wood with oil before use and follow the product instructions, applying the oil according to the recommended frequency (3-4 times per year, or 6 times per year in dry weather) and using only oil suitable for outdoor furniture. Outdoor furniture is ideal for outdoor use. However, during long periods of heavy rain, we recommend covering or sheltering it.
FABRICSProtect the fabric from direct sunlight to prevent color fading. We recommend our waterproofing service to prevent stains and dirt from penetrating the fabric fibers before use. Regularly vacuum: Use a vacuum cleaner with a suitable attachment to clean the sofa, including the cushions, crevices, and corners. This will help remove loose dust, dirt, and debris. Clean spills immediately: If something is spilled on the sofa, immediately clean it up with a clean, absorbent cloth to avoid stains. Avoid rubbing, as this can spread the stain.
LEATHERProtect leather from heat sources and direct sunlight. For general cleaning, use only a soft, dry cloth.
